By 2020, national strategies and action plans for genetic resources developed and implemented

Despite the ratification of the Nagoya protocol on access to genetic resources and traditional knowledge associated with, but lack in knowledge exists among stakeholders. Therefore, a comprehensive review and assessment for the genetic resources have to be established to end up with action plans adopted nationally. Moreover, institutional and technical capacities of the relevant organizations shall be developed and adequate human and financial resources should be allocated. Regulatory framework have to be established where a bylaw for the conservation of genetic resources could be developed and adopted nationally.
